You can enter bulk student information by visiting the pass program portal and going to the “Review Current Order” section, then, clicking on “Order Roster Uploader.”

Orders will be mailed out in up to three business days after they are placed.
The MBTA will ship cards directly to your office.
-
Assign and distribute your cards
-
Assign cards to students by selecting “CharlieCard Management” and then “Activate Cards.”
All distributed cards need to be assigned by administrators. The school is responsible for any unauthorized activity on unassigned cards.
You can contact StudentPassProgram@mbta.com to report any cards listed on the packing slip but not received.
Replacement options depend on the cards type and whether it has been assigned.
S-Cards can only be replaced if they are assigned, loaded with a monthly pass, and are lost during the school year between September and June.
Note: Only one S-Card replacement is permitted per month. Cards will be replaced between the 1st and 15th of the month.
To replace a lost, stolen or damaged card, select “CharlieCard Management” and then “Report Lost/Damaged Card.” Enter the lost card’s serial number and select “Submit.” Select a new, unassigned card from the dropdown menu to assign it to the student.
If no replacement cards are available, click on the link to order a new one.
Select “CharlieCard Management” and search for the card assigned to the student. Set the card status to "Remove from Account."
Note: Schools will be invoiced for any M7 Card still active after the 15th of the month.
