Auto-pay Monthly Passes
Sign up for Auto-pay so you never have to worry about standing in line to buy your T pass again. Signing up is free and easy, and your pass renews automatically each month.
To receive a December pass, sign up before November 22, 5 PM.
Changes to Auto-pay
We’ve replaced the old MyCharlie site with a new version that makes it easier for riders to sign up for and manage their Auto-pay subscriptions.
You may notice some changes to how you use Auto-pay as we continue to make updates and add new features.

Auto-pay users

Visit MyCharlie to sign up for or manage an Auto-pay subscription. Existing Auto-pay users should no longer use the old billing portal to make changes to their account.

Auto-pay users with reduced fares

If you have an existing Auto-pay subscription for your reduced fare card, please continue to use the old billing portal to manage your account. To sign up for a new Auto-pay subscription with a reduced fare card, use the link below.
Please note only Senior and TAP cardholders can sign up at this time, and reduced Auto-pay passes are only available for bus and subway.
How Auto-pay Passes Work
Passes are valid for one adult for one calendar month.
When you first sign up, we’ll mail you a new CharlieCard around the end of the month. Depending on which type of pass you get, we will either automatically reload your card or send you a new pass in the mail each month.

Bus and Subway Passes

LinkPass: $90.00
Reduced LinkPass: $30.00
Local Bus pass: $55.00
Express Bus pass: $136.00

Commuter Rail and Ferry Passes

Mailed to you each month. Fares are based on zone.
Commuter Rail Zone pass: $90.00 – $426.00
Commuter Rail Interzone pass: $90 – $257
Ferry pass: $90.00 – $329.00
- mTicket passes are not available on Auto-pay.
Note: Reduced Auto-pay passes are currently only available for bus and subway but will be expanded to other modes soon.
You can cancel Auto-pay at any time and continue to use your pass until the end of the calendar month for which you were charged. Please note that we cannot provide refunds for partial months.
